Poster Guidelines
- You do not need to upload your poster prior to arriving. You are responsible for printing your physical poster and bringing it to the meeting.
- Posters must be size A0 (84 cm wide x 119 cm tall).
- Please use a clear typeface. The poster should be readable from a distance of 2-3 meters.
- Posters will be affixed with pushpins to free-standing presentation displays (pictured below), both provided by the venue.
- ISEV will provide poster numbers so it will be easy to find where you should hang your poster.
- It is requested that you stand by your poster during the above designated poster session.

Posters are divided into two sessions. Please refer to your session information for the dates and times of when your poster will be.
Poster Session One
Location: Exhibit Hall A
Hang up Poster: Thursday 23 April 7:30 AM
Poster Session: Thursday 23 April 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Remove Poster: Friday 24 April before 12:00 PM
Poster Session Two
Location: Exhibit Hall A
Hang up Poster: Friday 24 April 12:00 PM
Poster Session: Saturday 25 April 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Remove Poster: Saturday 25 April at 6:00 PM, immediately following the poster session
