EV-TRACK Task Force

About

The goal of the EV-TRACK Task Force is to put together researchers spanning different career stages (including both early stage researchers (including PhD / Post-Doc) and principal investigators), and diverse research backgrounds (including both basic and applied science, diverse species, machine learning and artificial intelligence) to fuel future developments of the EV-TRACK knowledgebase.

Background publications:

• EV-TRACK: transparent reporting and centralizing knowledge in extracellular vesicle research (Nature Methods, 2017)
• The EV-TRACK summary add-on: integration of experimental information in databases to ensure comprehensive interpretation of biological knowledge on extracellular vesicles (JEV, 2020)
