What you will learn?     We will cover all concepts required to perform EV flow cytometry experiments and interpretation of results, including:

• The basics of (EV) flow cytometry
• Experimental design and pre-analytical procedures
• Sample preparation and storage
• Assay controls
• Instrument data acquisition and calibration
• EV characterization and data reporting (including MIFlowCytEV)

The 5-day program consists of lectures and practical sessions.
